Senior Web Development Lead

Lead the development and maintenance of high-performance, scalable web applications using React.js.

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Drive UI architecture decisions and ensure implementation aligns with performance and accessibility standards.

Mentor junior developers and promote front-end best practices across the team.

Conduct code reviews, ensure high test coverage, and maintain code quality and consistency.

Integrate with APIs and backend services in coordination with full-stack/backend teams.

Contribute to improving CI/CD processes for front-end releases.


Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React.js, with deep understanding of component lifecycle and state management.
  • Experience with front-end build tools and modern frameworks like Next.js.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
  • Solid grasp of responsive design, browser compatibility, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience working with TypeScript and CSS-in-JS libraries or preprocessors (e.g., Styled Components, Sass).
  • Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and modern web standards.
  • Experience with Git and Agile workflows.

Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of GraphQL.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines tailored to front-end delivery.
  • Awareness of web security best practices (e.g., XSS, CORS).
  • Familiarity with tools like Storybook or Figma for design-system integration.
