Job Title: Operations Technical Learning Specialist

About the Role

The ideal candidate will develop and execute internal learning programs, fostering a collaborative environment with management, product managers, and subject matter experts. This role involves designing and facilitating technical training for key systems, product launch enhancements, new hire onboarding, and ongoing learning needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training content that aligns with business strategies.
  • Utilize scalable solutions and quantifiable metrics to demonstrate impact.
  • Analyze reports and documentation to inform training decisions.
  • Manage training resources and implement controls to ensure data security and privacy.
  • Partner with Talent Development and Learning to leverage soft skills and non-technical content.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, along with 2-3 years of instructional design skills. Key qualifications include:

  • Excellent facilitation skills with a proven track record of engagement.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
  • Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and consistent follow-through.
  • Thirst for learning new technical systems.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts.
Technical Skills

The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise is also preferred.
