Academic Innovation Manager

At our organization, we are seeking a talented Academic Innovation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming education at scale by driving business outcomes through structured thinking and system designs.

Your key responsibilities will include owning the data layer of learning-track completion, engagement, attendance, and sentiment across cohorts. You will build and run weekly academic health dashboards to proactively create performance reports and lead insight-based action planning with mentors, counselors, and delivery teams to solve root issues.

You will also track early attrition signals and drive retention by initiating proactive support through nudges, check-ins, or buddy systems, AI-powered nudges and alerts. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally across Teams like Product, Faculty, Tech to translate student pain points into upgraded process flows, curriculum tweaks, or tool enhancements.

As an Academic Innovation Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the creation of high-engagement academic touchpoints, referral pushes, Net Promoter Score (NPS), milestone mapping, mid-program interventions, success celebrations. You will work closely with Marketing to build student-led narratives, highlight wins, and nurture referrals from real learning outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to think like a systems designer, improving processes and designing scalable workflows across onboarding, engagement, support, and feedback. You will see automation and AI as enablers, not replacements, and be excited by tools that help predict attrition, automate query handling, or nudge learners at the right time.
