Job Title:
SAP Project Systems Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP project systems consultant with at least 5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of successful S/4HANA implementations. This position requires a strong understanding of project accounting and management needs, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the implementation, upgrade, and rollout of SAP project system solutions in S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand project accounting and management needs, and translate these into functional specifications.
  • Configure and customize SAP project systems to meet business requirements, integrating it with related modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and PM.
  • Perform thorough testing, data migration, and cutover activities to ensure seamless system upgrades.
  • Provide end-user training and post-go-live support to ensure optimal system utilization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP project systems and related integration areas, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP project systems, with at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation project.
  • Strong knowledge of WBS elements, networks, activities, milestones, project planning, budgeting, settlement, and project reporting.
  • Experience with integration of SAP project systems with FI/CO, MM, SD, and PM, as well as hands-on experience in SAP Fiori apps related to PS.
  • Good understanding of data migration tools and cutover processes in S/4HANA, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
