The Role of a Licensed Clinical Psychologist

As a licensed clinical psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mental healthcare. Your expertise will drive our pursuit of excellence, positioning us at the forefront of compassionate, client-focused innovation.

You will be responsible for performing comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnostics, and evidence-based interventions for individuals and families. You will also develop and implement personalized treatment plans addressing diverse mental health needs.

In addition, you will create engaging content to promote mental health awareness initiatives and provide valuable insights to enhance clinical methodologies and improve client care.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with colleagues to deliver integrated, holistic care. You will also serve as a resource for staff, supporting them in meeting clients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments and diagnostics.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
  • Create compelling content to promote mental health awareness.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of clinical methodologies.
  • Train and mentor new psychologists and therapists.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support staff in meeting clients' needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of post-qualification experience as a practicing clinical psychologist.
  • Licensure: Valid licensure to practice.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to build strong relationships.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi (professional level); conversational Kannada highly preferred.
  • Expertise: Proven proficiency in psychological assessments and evidence-based treatments.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player with experience in multidisciplinary settings.
