We are seeking a seasoned Senior SRE Engineer to join our Product Reliability and Operations team. As a global leader in legal digital transformation, we provide innovative evidence management software to prominent law firms, governments, and corporations.

The ideal candidate will be part of the core Platform Operations function, responsible for security, delivery, and availability of multiple critical assets in our Legal Technology Portfolio. They will participate in the On-Call rotation, supporting maintenance, scheduled work, support, and release/deployment requirements.

About the Role

As a Technical Leader:

  • Implement best practices as an SRE methodology expert.

As a Project Leader:

  • Strategically plan, design, and implement operations projects to deliver value to customers, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

As an efficient Stakeholder:

  • Collaborate and engage with external and internal stakeholders, including business teams, product owners, project management, and support teams, in defining priority issues and refining processes.

As a Decision Maker:

  • Make quick and effective data-driven decisions, leveraging good problem-solving and analytical skills.

As a Continuous Improvement Driver:

  • Focus on driving improvements in productivity, monitoring, tooling, and setting industry best practices.

About You

Expected qualifications include experience working with three-tier web applications running in public and/or private cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have technical expertise in Azure Cloud services, reverse proxies, basic networking, infrastructure as code deployment methodologies, DevOps deployment languages, scaling database technologies, monitoring and alerting tooling, and scripting automation tools.

A proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement is essential. Ensuring systems' security and meeting regulatory requirements is also crucial.

Experience with the project and release lifecycle, technology strategy execution, and establishing strategic partnerships is highly valued. Strong communication skills, proficiency in automation, DevOps, cloud-native architecture, and system monitoring, are required.
