The Role:
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Business Development professional in Home Goods at Warpfy in Gurugram. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth in the home goods segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to uncover potential clients, new market opportunities, and strategic partnerships
- Develop and execute tailored strategies to engage and secure these opportunities effectively
- Drive lead generation efforts through multiple channels, including digital outreach, email campaigns, referrals, and bidding platforms
- Utilize industry-leading tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clay.run, and data extraction tools to pinpoint and connect with key decision-makers
- Apply advanced data mining techniques to gather and verify contact information, ensuring high-quality outreach
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive activities, and customer preferences to refine lead generation strategies
- Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and craft compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches
- Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of potential clients, clearly showcasing the value of our products
- Perform in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and enhance business development strategies
- Use gathered insights to continuously improve the effectiveness of lead generation initiatives
Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of B2B hard goods sales processes
- Knowledge of Home Goods industry trends
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, design merchandising, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, or a related field; experience in home decor and furnishing is a plus along with international B2B exposure
