Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control (QC) professional to join our team as Assistant/Deputy Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the testing and quality control of various materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Test and supervise the testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO and EHS standards.
  • Train and mentor QC personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/QC environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP/SAP systems and MS Office applications.
Competencies:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
