Job Title:
Business Finance Manager

Reports to:
SVP Finance


The Business Finance Manager is responsible for providing financial insights, strategic analysis, and planning support to business units to drive financial performance and business outcomes.

This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing financial insights to support decision-making
  • Collaborating with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers
  • Monitoring spends and ensuring alignment with financial targets
  • Preparing accurate and timely financial reports for senior management
  • Conducting business case analysis, ROI modeling, and scenario planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus)
  • ~3+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of operational metrics
  • Ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience in similar industry is a plus
