  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Payroll regulations, including tax laws, deductions, and reporting requirements.
  • Proven experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of Canadian Payroll in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Expertise in at least one other Oracle HCM Cloud module beyond Canadian Payroll (e.g., Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, Compensation, Talent Acquisition).
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective HCM Cloud solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a particular focus on Canadian Payroll.
  • Proven experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of Canadian Payroll in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud APIs, integrations, and reporting tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
