Articulate Visionary for Language Model Development
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work on the frontlines of generative AI, training language models to think and write like humans.
As part of a global team, you'll be shaping high-quality, user-centric AI knowledge models that will be the foundation for the next wave of generative AI-powered computation platforms.
What We Need You to Bring:
- A Master's or higher degree in Literature, Linguistics, Communication, Creative Writing, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Journalism, Economics, Political Science, or History.
- C1 level proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with machine learning models, particularly Language Learning Models (LLMs).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle complex scenarios.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Create training data sets to improve AI model accuracy and fluency.
- Annotate data to align AI models with human values.
- Improve grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert-generated and AI-generated text.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets.
- Achieve target KPIs within specified data production windows.
