We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, a strong understanding of product perspectives, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manual QA to contribute to our quality assurance team's success. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive test plans, executing thorough testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to guarantee thorough testing of our products.
  • Testing and Defect Reporting: Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to identify and report defects in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure that the testing covers all critical aspects.
  • Analysis and Feedback: Analyse test results, identify issues, and provide clear and concise feedback to the development team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Reporting and Process Improvement: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results and defects using test management tools, while focusing on process-oriented testing to enhance product quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in manual testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think from both a user and product perspective.
  • Experience in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with various testing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
