Interior Design Team Lead

A seasoned professional is required to lead our interior design team. This senior role involves overseeing the work of internal designers and collaborating with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the success of every designer and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Pursue sales targets through effective leadership and strategy.
- Nurture the growth of design partners through coaching, mentoring, and enabling their development.
- Maintain a consistently high level of service quality.
- Predict and manage financial targets for the unit.
- Work closely with the central design team to leverage insights from client/designer interactions and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely delivery of customer projects.
- Degree in Interior Designing or Architecture from a reputable institution.
- At least 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on team management.
- Proven people management skills, with a track record of leading interior designers/architects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled designer with strong leadership abilities.
- A strong understanding of people management principles.
- Experience in talent acquisition and development.
