Program Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst

The Program Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution, monitoring, and optimization of these programs.

  • Data analysis: Monitor and evaluate educational programs across districts, analyze and clean large datasets to track program impact.
  • Program evaluation: Create reports for stakeholders and train and build capacity of teachers & administrators on effective data-driven strategies.
  • Capacity building: Support application development with data-driven insights and improve program implementation efficiency at district level using technology and behavioral science.

As a Program Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst, you'll work closely with our team to:

  • Monitor and evaluate educational programs
  • Analyze and clean large datasets
  • Create reports for stakeholders
  • Train and build capacity of teachers & administrators
  • Support application development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Computer Applications, Social Sciences, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, M&E, or tech-enabled program execution
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel & Data Analysis (programming/database skills a plus)
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi & local language for stakeholder engagement
  • Passion to transform government education and create real social impact
