The primary role of the AR Caller/Sr. AR Caller is to manage day-to-day activities related to Denials Processing, Claims follow-up, and Customer Service.
Responsibilities include reviewing emails for updates, calling insurance carriers, documenting notes in software and spreadsheets, and taking appropriate action.
Additionally, this position involves identifying issues, escalating them to the immediate supervisor, and updating production logs.
