About This Role

As a Digital Marketing Strategist Leader, you will be responsible for leading the digital planning portfolio for key clients and guiding teams to achieve strategic media goals.


Key Responsibilities

  3. Evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and drive innovation.


Measures of Success

In the first 90 days:

  1. Integrate all digital teams under one roof to deliver a unified offering for the client.
  2. Implement digital channels across media and optimize performance.
  3. Lead a team of planners to achieve shared goals.


In six months:

  1. Effectively pitch 360-degree digital products to clients.
  2. Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver cross-media campaigns.
  3. Prepare to lead and deliver reviews.


In 12 months:

  1. Establish yourself as a go-to expert in digital marketing solutions.
  2. Manage the largest portfolios of publishers and channel partners.


Skills and Qualifications

You will need:

  • Minimum 6 years in digital media planning and buying.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills combined with outstanding presentation skills.
  • Team management skills, understanding of programmatic landscape, knowledge of digital advertising industry, trends, and technologies.
  • Intermediate to advanced analytical skills, problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, abreast with latest technology affecting digital advertising.
