Job Description

We are seeking a Telecaller to join our team, who will be responsible for reaching out to customers, explaining the process of scrapping their vehicle and its benefits.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling, sales or customer service roles, preferably in the automotive industry.

They should possess strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with customers and dealers effectively.

Additionally, they should be able to persuade and build rapport with customers to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers from provided leads and guide them through the scrap process.
  • Clearly explain the benefits of scrapping their vehicle, including financial incentives and environmental impact.
  • Negotiate with customers and scrap dealers to facilitate the best possible price for vehicle scrapping.
  • Ensure successful lead conversion by addressing customer queries and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of calling status and lead progress in the system.
