Montessori Educator

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Montessori Educator at our institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment for young children.

About the Role:

The Montessori Educator will work in a collaborative team environment to plan and implement curriculum activities that promote independent learning and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate learning in a Montessori classroom environment, utilizing Montessori materials and teaching methods to enhance student engagement.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and well-organized classroom atmosphere, conducive to learning and socialization.
• Monitor and document the progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents on their child's development.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and implement curriculum activities, ensuring alignment with early childhood education principles.
• Maintain high standards of classroom discipline and cleanliness, promoting a positive and respectful learning environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in any discipline (Montessori training/certification preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Montessori or preschool teaching role.
• Excellent communication skills and a caring, patient attitude, essential for building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Possession of a basic understanding of child psychology and early childhood education principles, including the Montessori method.
