Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows, Mac, or Linux environments
• Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within SLA timelines
• Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues
• Support users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime
• Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity
• Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications
• Respond to user tickets and resolve issues related to devices and software
• Maintain logs of support requests, resolutions, and system updates
• Assist in setting up new systems and user accounts
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues
• Ensure timely updates and patches for systems and applications
• Train users on basic IT procedures and best practices
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies
