Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS professional to play a key role in supporting and upgrading SAP GTS 4 HANA.

About the Role:

  • This role combines hands-on expertise in GTS with strong problem-solving and communication skills, working across global teams and stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will assist in the upgrade to SAP GTS 4 HANA and ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide ongoing support for live sites post-upgrade, resolving incidents and conducting root cause analysis.
  2. Collaborate in workshops to prepare for the upgrade and address post-upgrade needs.
  3. Support end-to-end testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and validation.
  4. Maintain and update project documentation, including roles, reports, and training materials.
  5. Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Team Leads, and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SAP GTS Consultant (experience with SAP GTS 4 HANA highly valued).
  • Strong understanding of incident management, troubleshooting, and testing processes.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
