Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to contribute to the development of AI-first financial product design.

This hands-on role will focus on creating complex interaction models for AI-driven tools, balancing data clarity, human-centered design, and regulatory needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for intelligent financial interfaces.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to create experiences that balance automation with user control.
  • Design for transparency, trust, and explainability, ensuring AI behaviors are intuitive and user-friendly.
  • Support user research and usability testing efforts with insights that directly inform design iteration.
  • Contribute to and help evolve our internal design system to reflect the unique needs of agentic AI interfaces.
  • Continuously refine designs based on data, feedback, and behavioral insights.

Required Skills:

  • 5–8 years of UX/UI design experience with at least some exposure to fintech, SaaS, or data-heavy tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-first design thinking, clean UI design, and interest in complex interaction design.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Foundational understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI), with interest in human-AI interaction.
  • Curiosity, humility, and eagerness to grow—especially in applying design to AI-powered products.
  • Clear communication and openness to feedback across disciplines.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience designing for fintech platforms, banking interfaces, or investment tools.
  • Understanding of agent-based systems, chat interfaces, or AI explainability patterns.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and regulatory considerations (e.g., ADA, GDPR).
