English Communication Trainer Position

We are seeking an exceptional English Communication Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong ability to communicate effectively with students.


About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people. As an English Communication Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs that improve students' communication skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Engaging Lessons: Design and deliver outcomes-oriented lessons that focus on spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary, and applied grammar.
  • Run Focused Workshops: Develop and lead workshops that focus on presentations, group discussions, mock-interviews, and interview bootcamps.
  • Assess Progress: Create formative and summative assessments to track student progress and provide concise progress reports for parents.
  • Mentor Students: Provide individual support to students who need it, helping them build confidence and overcome anxiety.
  • Collaborate with the Academic Team: Work closely with the academic team to integrate communication goals across the curriculum and camps.

  • Improved Student Confidence: Noticeable improvement in students' spoken confidence and clarity within weeks.
  • Higher Participation: Higher participation in class discussions and presentations.
  • Improved Performance: Improved performance in interview simulations and external assessments.
  • Positive Feedback: Positive parent feedback and demonstrable progress documented through assessments and portfolios.

Candidate Profile
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English, able to model clarity, tone, and professional communication.
  • Strong Coaching Ability: Strong soft-skills coaching ability and proven experience working with teens.
  • Deep Understanding of Adolescent Psychology: Deep understanding of adolescent psychology / child-sensitive teaching approaches.
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience: Minimum 1 year classroom/training experience (school, coaching, corporate training preferred).
  • Energetic and Patient: Energetic, patient, empathetic, and outcome-focused.
  • Comfortable with Technology: Comfortable with technology (Google Classroom, Zoom, presentation tools).
  • Bilingual Preferred: Hindi-English bilingual preferred to support transitional learning.
  • Extra Credit: TESOL/TEFL/ELT or certifications in adolescent counselling/child psychology.
