Interior Design Trainee

Join our team as an Interior Design Trainee to support the styling, renovation and development of unique villas and resorts across India.
This internship provides hands-on experience in design and project execution within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conceptualizing and styling interiors and exteriors for boutique properties.
- Support layout planning and project execution from concept to completion.
- Research new design materials, trends and concepts.
- Contribute creative ideas during property scouting and evaluations.
- Help refresh and style existing properties in line with brand standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and project teams as required.
Requirements:
- Prior exposure to interior design preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site with teams and vendors.
- Flexibility to travel to different locations across India.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design and be able to bring their own laptop. This internship offers a supportive, creative and collaborative work environment, exposure to live projects with direct impact on guest experiences, and opportunities for growth and development.
