Job Title: Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior/Lead UI/UX Designer to spearhead the development of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Experience Design: Define and implement UX strategies, including UX process setup, design operations, and design systems.
  • Interface Development: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that meet business goals and translate into engaging user experiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and achieve business objectives.
  • Research and Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to guide design decisions and inform design solutions.
  • Design System Management: Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency throughout the organization.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead or mentor a small design team and manage workflows effectively to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 7-9 years of proven hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency with Figma (including Figma AI), and tools like Sketch and Adobe XD.
  • Strong experience in user research, usability testing, wireframing & prototyping.
  • Design thinking methodology.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce is mandatory.
  • Experience in consumer tech, product companies, or travel tech preferred.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles and best practices in responsive design.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects across platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
