Job Title: Retoucher & Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented retoucher who can also oversee quality assurance and manage project workflows.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality retouching on e-commerce, fashion, and lifestyle images.
  • Review and QA final images before client delivery to ensure consistency and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, editors, and team leads to manage timelines and project milestones.
  • Track daily workflows and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Document and enforce retouching SOPs and style guides.
  • Provide feedback to junior retouchers as needed.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of professional photo retouching experience.
  • Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and image editing workflows.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Prior QA or project coordination experience is highly valued.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience in e-commerce or fashion image workflows.
  • Familiarity with DAM systems or automation tools.
