Role Summary:

An educational support specialist is required to facilitate academic delivery, study hour supervision, and student engagement for students in Grades 11-12 and 13. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching the IPE syllabus, managing structured study hours, and conducting regular academic connect sessions with students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Academic Delivery
    • Teach the IPE curriculum for Grades 11 and 12 effectively, adhering to prescribed standards.
  • Study Hours Supervision
    • Manage structured study hours for students of Grades 11-12 and 13, ensuring productive academic engagement and doubt resolution.
  • Student Engagement
    • Conduct weekly academic connect sessions with students to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide guidance on improvement strategies.
  • Mentor students to enhance academic performance and classroom participation.
  • Session Substitution
    • Take over classes as needed in the absence of regular faculty, ensuring continuity in learning and minimal disruption to the academic schedule.
  • Parent Communication
    • Facilitate monthly academic discussions with parents to review student progress and share feedback.
  • Performance Improvement
    • Monitor student performance and implement strategies to improve marks and test participation.
  • Encourage regular attendance in both classes and assessments through positive reinforcement and consistent follow-up.
  • Evaluation
    • Accurately assess and provide constructive feedback on students' subjective test responses in line with academic standards.
Requirements:
  • Ability to commute or relocate.
  • Preferred location: Warangal, Telangana.
  • Language: Telugu (preferred).
