Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT projects, establishing strong relationships with clients and key personnel, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless functioning of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key personnel, communicating effectively to ensure mutual understanding and expectations.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless functioning of client accounts, including sales, marketing, and technical support.

• Responsible for client receivables, monthly retention planning, and execution, ensuring maximum revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

• Document client requests and comments for timely feedback and follow-up actions, maintaining accurate records and reporting.

• Lead solution development efforts, coordinating internal team updates and online meetings with clients to ensure project success.

• Maintain a consistent schedule of online meetings to manage performance objectives and customer expectations, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT project handling, with a proven track record of success.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work under difficult circumstances, remaining flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

• Good relationship building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients and colleagues.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, with knowledge of project management tools and software.
