Expert SAP Project Lead

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, specifically SAP S4 products. With at least 12 years of experience in SAP MM consulting and project management, a proven track record of leading teams of over 10 personnel is essential.

Strong leadership skills are necessary to develop strategies, manage the SAP practice operations, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects. Leadership must also foster relationships with clients to transform their business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the SAP practice operations, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a team of SAP consultants and specialists.
  • Develop and implement practice growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify market trends and emerging needs to enhance service offerings.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction through quality delivery.
  • Act as a senior point of contact and escalation for client issues.
  • Manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (typically 12+ years) in SAP MM consulting/project management or consulting, with a track record of leading teams of at least 10 persons.
  • Deep understanding of SAP S4 products and solutions, including recent trends and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and team members.
  • SAP certification is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Primarily office-based at Bangalore with flexibility for remote work.
  • Occasional travel to client sites and industry events.
