We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a MedTech Innovations Specialist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in elevating our clients' business impact and strategic decision-making.

This position involves leveraging state-of-the-art technology, artificial intelligence, and subject matter expertise to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to diverse clients. Our team provides strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations, helping decision-makers make informed choices that positively impact their organization's performance and bottom line.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MedTech, diagnostics strategy-related projects, consulting, and strategy-oriented projects. They will be responsible for working across the lifesciences value chain, specifically on market assessment projects covering market attractiveness, strategic imperatives, competitors' strategies, insights gathering through secondary/primary research, analysis, and reporting.

  • Hands-on experience in MedTech, diagnostics strategy-related projects.
  • Experience in consulting and strategy-oriented projects.
  • Working across Lifesciences value chain projects specifically market assessment projects covering market attractiveness, strategic imperatives, competitors' strategies, insights gathering through secondary/primary research, analysis, and reporting.

We are looking for individuals with strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to the firm's goals and mission. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required, along with a degree in M.Pharm/B.Pharm/B.Tech (Biotech)/B.E(Biotech)/M.Tech (Biotech)/MBA. About this role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define problem statements and initial hypotheses, designing research approaches with mixed research techniques.
  • Structure and present data and results using relevant frameworks.
  • Arrive at key messages/highlights addressing key objectives as a summary of results.
  • Present research results to clients and handle client queries.
  • Participate in team discussions on project-specific areas.
  • Maket assessment and trend analysis across sub-segments, therapy areas to assess attractiveness of markets, players, pipeline assets, and product portfolios.
  • Competitor benchmarking and tracking include media monitoring, product profiling, medical/scientific and marketing aspects, SWOT analysis, and clinical pipeline analysis.

Requirements:

  • A degree in M.Pharm/B.Pharm/B.Tech (Biotech)/B.E(Biotech)/M.Tech (Biotech)/MBA.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to the firm's goals and mission.
  • Command over MS Office and basic MS Excel.
