We are seeking a skilled Computer Aided Engineering Analyst to drive innovation and excellence in our engineering team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong fundamentals in nonlinear finite element analysis, optimization, and structural dynamics. They will be responsible for performing fatigue life estimations, full vehicle level noise vibration harshness (NVH) studies, and analyzing dynamic responses.
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will require a degree in B.E/M.E (Automotive, Mechanical) and 8-13 years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, they should have exposure to industry-leading tools such as Abaqus, Nastran, Optistruct, Hypermesh, Ansa, Hyperview, and Metapost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fatigue life estimations for parent metal and weld connections.
- Full vehicle level NVH studies with point mobility and local dynamic stiffness expertise and optimizations for target frequencies and dynamic responses.
- Structural dynamics, modal analysis, and dynamic responses (FRF and random excitations).
Requirements:
- Strong fundamentals of nonlinear finite element analysis, optimization, and structural dynamics.
- 8-13 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exposure to industry-leading tools such as Abaqus, Nastran, Optistruct, Hypermesh, Ansa, Hyperview, and Metapost.
