Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Firmware/Software Tester.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing tests to ensure product quality and meeting industry standards.

  • You will work closely with software developers to identify test cases and unit test coverage.
  • Developing test automation frameworks and test environment setups is also part of your responsibilities.
  • You will track and capture various test metrics to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Your expertise in testing communication protocols such as TCP/IP, Ethernet, RS232, RS485, SPI, etc., will be highly valued.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must possess the following skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electronics Engineering, Electrical, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in developing test automation frameworks, test environment setup, and unit testing/integration testing.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, VB Script, and C language.
  • Experience in PLC programming, IIoT-based products/system testing, and obtaining certification of industrial protocols.
  • Working experience in embedded software and analysis equipment (i.e., oscilloscopes, function generators, multimeters, etc.).
