Advanced SAP Financial Solutions Specialist

About the Role:
As a Senior SAP FI Consultant, you will lead and deliver SAP FI solutions including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FI modules, hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, support, and enhancements, and a solid understanding of integration with CO, MM, and SD.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading and delivering SAP FI solutions for various clients;
- Working on end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects;
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications;
- Configuring SAP FI modules and ensuring seamless integration with CO, MM, and SD;
- Handling month-end and year-end closing activities and providing production support;
- Conducting system testing, UAT, and user training;
- Working with cross-functional teams to design and implement best practices;
- Providing guidance and mentoring to junior consultants.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- 7+ years of SAP FI experience with at least 2–3 full life cycle implementations;
- Strong expertise in FI sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting;
- Good knowledge of integration points between FI and other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD);
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable;
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, IFRS/GAAP compliance;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for Finance;
- Knowledge of Treasury, Cash Management, and New Asset Accounting;
- SAP FI Certification.
