Creative Director

As a Fashion Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the fashion direction of our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design development, from concept to production.
- Oversee the creation of technical packs, artwork, trims sheets, fabric worksheets, and initial development.
- Work closely with Design Directors to create concepts, select color stories, and develop fabrics, prints, trim, and graphics.
- Ensure timely delivery of styles for sales meetings and market week by executing the overall development process.
- Postgraduate degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in retail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Coral.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
