Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing vendor invoices and monitoring customer payments.
  • Ensure data organization and timely reports preparation.
  • Utilize financial software and systems to efficiently perform accounting tasks.
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies to complete assigned tasks promptly and effectively.
  • Train new team members and supervise others in task allocation, ensuring timely delivery of work.
  • Communicate with clients directly and deliverables as per client expectations.
  • Check emails and respond in a timely manner by prioritizing tasks in the best possible way.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and accounting.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
