Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, vendor management, and timely payments. This role also involves handling accounts receivable activities such as billing, collections, and maintaining aging reports.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, and excellent communication skills to interact with international clients and vendors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of financial records, and responding to vendor and client queries with professionalism and clarity.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in AP/AR process. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle including invoice processing, vendor management, and timely payments.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable activities including billing, collections, and maintaining aging reports.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Respond to vendor and client queries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Prepare MIS reports related to AP/AR as required.
