Job Overview

This role is designed for individuals who possess a unique blend of technical data expertise, project management skills, and client-facing abilities. The successful candidate will work in the pharmaceutical data space, combining data aggregation projects with client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data aggregation projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient results.
  • Develop data management and reporting systems, streamlining processes and enhancing data insights.
  • Collaborate with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL data, leveraging diverse expertise to drive business growth.
  • Maintain client relationships through effective communication and collaboration, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Cultivate partnerships with US-based teams and clients, promoting collaborative efforts and driving shared objectives.
  • Manage project finances and deliverables, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or advanced degree is required for this position.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience is necessary, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience with patient and/or payer data management solutions in the US market, demonstrating a deep understanding of complex data landscapes.

Technical Skills

  • Strong Python coding skills are essential, as well as advanced Excel proficiency and HIPAA-compliant data management experience.
