Job Title: Senior Patent Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Patent Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent prosecution, with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in drafting responses to US/EP Office Actions in core software/electronics/mechanical domains.

The successful candidate will possess excellent technical understanding of subject matter and be able to elaborate the invention in the specification with depth and clarity. A premium academic background from a recognized institution is essential.

We prefer candidates based in the Gr. Noida or Delhi/Bangalore offices, but we are open to receiving profiles from professionals who prefer to work in Chennai/Mumbai/Hyderabad locations. Candidates who prefer to work from home are not eligible for this role.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Patent Act and be technically sound with a focus on detail. Registered Patent Agents/Attorneys are preferred.

A strong communication skillset, including verbal fluency, is essential for efficient discussion with clients and management of client projects, mandates, business development mandates, and client relationships.

We value teamwork and positive individual contributions. Additional responsibilities may include training, speaking opportunities, client communications, and overseeing the docketing team.
