We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that engages parents and drives results.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and innovative individual who is passionate about social media marketing and has a strong understanding of what drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a monthly social content plan across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Craft and implement creative brand campaigns and performance ads that drive traction and deliver results.
  • Manage the production process for high-quality content, working closely with video teams, designers, and copywriters to ensure all output meets brand tone and quality standards.
  • Write compelling copy and hooks for short-form and long-form posts, leveraging AI tools to enhance research, idea generation, and faster copy drafts.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content, influencer collaborations, and campaigns, staying on top of trends and experimenting with fresh ideas and formats.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate or MBA degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing social media for a direct-to-consumer brand or parenting/edtech startup.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short video formats, and hooks that drive engagement.
  • Excellent writing skills in simple, relatable English, with basic proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
  • Past experience working with agencies or freelancers for shoots and edits is a plus.
