**Job Title:** Celonis Implementation Engineer / Analyst

  • Location: Remote (India)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Artec Solutions is seeking a skilled and driven Celonis expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in deploying Celonis EMS across client environments, enabling data-driven process optimization and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Celonis EMS Implementation
  • Configure and deploy Celonis EMS for client projects
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from ERP/CRM systems
  • Build and optimize event logs, data models, and process flows
  • Process Mining & Analysis
  • Analyze business processes using Celonis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and action flows to visualize insights and drive improvements
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions using Celonis capabilities
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated with Celonis product updates and best practices
  • Propose enhancements to existing implementations for better performance and scalability
  • Documentation & Support
  • Maintain clear documentation of data models, ETL pipelines, and solution architecture
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on Celonis usage.

The successful candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in data analytics, process improvement, or implementation roles, with 2+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis EMS. Proficiency in SQL, PQL, and ETL tools is required, as well as experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).

A strong understanding of business process management (BPM) and the ability to interpret and model complex workflows are essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required, along with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
