Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer at Livspace, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project success by building strong relationships with clients and providing them with personalized design solutions.
  • Own customer experience during a project, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables, maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
  • Own an end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduation or relevant diploma in interior design or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Led and delivered minimum 5-6 residential projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, presentation software, and CAD applications.
  • Expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation) and modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning).
  • Strong understanding of civil works & services (specifications & installation details) and ability to create BOQs for customers, coordinate with internal & external agencies.
  • Sales expertise in sales closure through logical & trusted sales pitches, driving and leading design meetings with customers.
  • Behaviours of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication.
  • A high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent creative thinking skills and ability to create designs based on conversations with clients.
  • Confident communication skills to regularly interact with clients to assess their needs and adjust a given approach based on feedback.
  • Maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends to provide the best idea for clients.
