System Administrator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to strengthen our global team. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, performance, and scalability of our technological infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor servers (Linux, Windows, cloud and on-premise). Ensure seamless server administration.
  • Administer environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, focusing on scalability and high availability. Maintain optimal system performance.
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor security systems, backups, and disaster recovery. Protect sensitive data from potential threats.
  • Automate administration processes (scripts, CI/CD, pipelines) to optimize efficiency.
  • Monitor networks, firewalls, VPNs, and traffic to ensure connectivity and security. Detect and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Conduct periodic audits on performance, security, and compliance (including PCI DSS). Ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Integrate and maintain monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix) to provide real-time insights.
  • Collaborate with development, support, and security teams to optimize operations. Foster effective communication.
  • Manage access, permissions, and authentication policies (IAM, MFA, Zero Trust) to ensure secure user access.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices. Share knowledge within the team.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support in critical incidents. Respond promptly to emergencies.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or similar (not mandatory if experience is proven).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a SysAdmin or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) and Windows Server.
  • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid knowledge of networks, protocols, VPN, DNS, Load Balancers.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix).
  • Experience in automation scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform).
  • Knowledge of system security and compliance.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
