Artificial Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a skilled AI developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in developing algorithms and data models to match speakers with suitable events and recommend events to users' interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Speaker-Event Matching and Personalized Event Recommendations: Develop and maintain AI-driven algorithms for speaker-event matching and personalized event recommendations.
  • Data Pipelines and Vector Database Integrations: Design and optimize data pipelines and vector database integrations.
  • Data Collection and Model Accuracy: Oversee data collection processes to enhance model accuracy.
  • Business Requirements and Scalable Solutions: Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualification: Degree from a leading university in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with artificial intelligence frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Vector Databases and Recommendation Systems: Experience working with vector databases and implementing recommendation systems.
  • Analytical Capabilities and Business Objectives: Strong analytical capabilities combined with an understanding of business objectives.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects independently, from initial concept through implementation and evaluation.
