Role Overview:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content & Retention Marketing Specialist located in Thane.

The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing content & retention marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, maintaining public relations, and supporting sales initiatives.

  • Determine and collaborate with creators to produce engaging content
  • Analyze campaign performance and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Develop and implement retention marketing strategies, creating broadcast ideas for online ads
  • Support sales initiatives and manage product dispatch with internal teams and creators
Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Find creators (paid, barter) and close agreements after taking necessary approvals
  • Understand the creator's niche and create a first draft of script and review video drafts
  • Coordinate product dispatch with internal teams and the creator
  • Prepare reports as per requirement
  • Share ideas on snippets/ad creation
  • Coordinate with the Finance team for advance payments and final payments for timely release of payments

Retention Marketing:

  • Create WhatsApp marketing/utility templates and submit them for approval
  • Develop data sets and refine them for campaigns
Requirements:
  • Content marketing and social media marketing skills, specifically with social media influencers
  • Sales support and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Thane
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field
  • Experience in the FMCG or beauty industry is a plus
