The Revenue Accountant will support the Senior Director of Revenue Operations in monthly revenue close activities, including invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and action intercompany email as needed.
- Enter international time for blended projects with non-Workday entities and associated journal entries.
- Process international passthrough billing/invoicing with non-Workday entities and associated journal entries.
- Review intercompany billing with Worktag entities.
- Initiate and monitor intercompany payoffs.
- Calculate and distribute manual rebates to non-Workday entities.
- Review Workday rebates for new projects.
- Calculate manual referral fees, premier, and other discounts and associated journal entries.
- Perform other tasks as identified.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting under the US GAAP framework.
- Understanding of revenue accounting under GAAP.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University majoring in tax or accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate effectively and professionally via all communication channels.
- Proficient in business systems applications such as Microsoft Office; intermediate to advanced excel skills preferred.
