We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence initiatives across Asia.

  • Key Objectives:
  • Align regional strategies with global directions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Drive efficiency by identifying opportunities for common solutions, platforms, and AI models across countries within the region.
  • Foster strong collaboration and knowledge sharing among country-level teams, creating a cohesive regional ecosystem.
  • Act as the primary conduit between regional teams and global leadership, articulating regional needs and challenges.
  • Identify, pilot, and scale innovative digital and AI solutions that unlock new business value and improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and AI roadmap for the Asia region, in close collaboration with country leads and global stakeholders.
  • Lead the adoption and localization of global digital and AI platforms, tools, and methodologies across Asian markets.
  • Establish and lead regional communities of practice for digital and AI, promoting best practices and capability building.
  • Champion the reuse of digital assets and AI components across different countries within Asia.
  • Collaborate closely with global leadership to advocate for regional requirements and ensure they are incorporated into global strategies.
  • Monitor regional performance, tracking key KPIs and providing regular reports to leadership.
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital technologies and AI trends to identify new opportunities and threats.

Qualifications

  • Engineering or Business Administration degree.
  • 10+ years of experience, 2+ years in leading regional or multi-country digital/technology initiatives within Asia.
  • Proven track record of implementing large-scale digital platforms and AI/ML solutions.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, customer experience, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity and experience working effectively in diverse Asian markets.
