About Our Manufacturing Unit

We are proud to introduce our state-of-the-art float glass plant, strategically located in western India. Spanning 150 acres in Central Gujarat's Bharuch District, our facility produces 550 MT of clear glass per day, setting a high-quality benchmark within India and globally.

Our manufacturing unit features an in-house Sand Beneficiation plant with a capacity to produce 600 tons of treated sand per day. This innovative approach enables us to maintain the highest standards of quality control.

Your Key Role Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain electrical systems, including 66 KV switchyard, HT & LT switchgears, SF6, transformer, motors, EOT cranes, Battery & Battery charger, UPS, PCC, MCC, Plant lighting & PLC, Electro hydraulic grab, and crushing equipment.
  • Maintenance and operation knowledge in gensets, electrical Panels, Transformers, isolators and lightning arrestors.
  • Maintain Soft starters & Automation systems & Basic operations of PLC's and SCADA.
  • Trouble shooting of AC/DC machines, & Circuit Theory & earthing concepts.
  • Control systems & Automation systems
  • Protection and metering devices & systems
  • VFD & PLC applications
  • Encoders & feedback sensors
  • HV, MV & LV Power systems & equipments
  • Electrical generation & distribution system
  • Energy calculations and efficiency improvements

Requirements

  • Diploma - Electrical Engineering from reputed Institutions with Good Academic record
  • 3-5 years Experience in Manufacturing / Process / Engg. Industry
