We are seeking a talented Flutter Developer to join our team. As a skilled Flutter developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing cross-platform applications using Flutter (mobile and web). Your expertise in building and maintaining scalable Flutter applications will help us deliver new features and improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Applications: Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter (mobile and web).
  • Implement State Management: Implement state management using Provider effectively for scalable applications.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
  • Write Clean Code: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
  • Debug and Optimize: Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance across platforms.
Must-Have Skills
  • 3-4 Years of Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience as a Flutter Developer.
  • Flutter Web Development: Proven experience in Flutter Web development.
  • Provider for State Management: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Provider for state management.
  • Flutter Architecture: Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline.
  • API Integration: Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
  • Git and Agile Workflows: Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Animations and UI Transitions: Experience building animations and smooth UI transitions in Flutter.
  • Accessibility Best Practices: Knowledge of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA).
  • Performance Optimization: Familiarity with performance optimization and app lifecycle management.
  • Other State Management Approaches: Exposure to other state management approaches (e.g., Riverpod, BLoC, Redux).
