Clinical Services Expert Opportunity


At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned Clinical Services Expert to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to provide evidence-based medical management services to customers worldwide.


Job Description
  • Provide evidence-based medical advice on claims, taking into account compliance, internationally accepted protocols and local and/or regional customs and regulations.
  • Support and monitor case management, disease management, and other clinical services to assure quality of performance against QA standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve quality of care and health outcomes for specific projects or populations.
  • Work together with the team on quality improvement and clinical management projects within Clinical Operations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
