Job Description

This role involves leading the implementation of data analytics solutions across all countries, ensuring suppliers enroll and meet program requirements.

  • Expand a new module of Fieldglass to roll out globally, ensuring timely deployment and meeting project deadlines.
  • Develop and oversee change management plans for effective communication to IT leadership and stakeholders.
  • Design and implement quarterly audits to ensure policy adherence and remediation plans are implemented.
  • Monitor and report on service and supplier performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead development and design of analytics dashboards for executive committees and IT leadership.
  • Develop productivity initiatives to meet team goals.
  • Manage global configuration changes to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Ensure MSP meets contractual commitments and cost savings goals.
  • Reporting, Analytics & Insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 9-11 years of IT experience or Master's Degree with 4-6 years of experience working with complex global commercial IT contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience providing support to global IT groups and organizations.
  • Supplier relationship management, including supplier performance and governance responsibilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and MS Office skills.
