We are seeking a seasoned Technical Services Expert to drive the implementation and maintenance of cutting-edge technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs, challenges, and objectives
  • Provide expert guidance on the selection and deployment of optimal technical solutions
  • Implementation and Deployment: Lead the execution and rollout of technical solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client requirements
  • Technical Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing technical inquiries and providing timely support and resolution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating as needed to ensure prompt resolution and minimal disruption
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure effective utilization of technical solutions
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams for self-sufficiency and long-term success
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions
  • Develop user guides and troubleshooting resources for clients
  • Quality Assurance: Perform regular system audits to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and improvement

Education

Bachelor's degree in any field or higher qualification is required.
